The kitchen is fully fitted and has everything that you will require for your stay

The lounge has a colour TV, portable radio, 3 piece leather suite. (Two good quality fold down beds are also available)

The front bedroom has a double bed, clothes hanging space, chest of drawers and a shower cubicle
Bedroom 2
The back bedroom has a 4' double bed, chest of drawers and clothes hanging space
Toilet & Washroom
There is a toilet and washroom between the two bedrooms, it has a 240v/110v shaver socket

Hot Water
Is piped directly from the boiler and all you need to do is turn on the taps or the shower
Heating
Is provide by central heating radiators

Are included in the price
Bedding
Quality linen is provided, but please bring your own towels
Washing machine
A washing machine is provided
Pets
Goldfish are welcome, but sorry, no others
Smoking
If you choose to abuse your body, pollute the atmosphere and add to the hole in the ozone layer (As I Occasionally Do!), please open the windows to create some ventilation and take care not to cause damage
Access
Is through the back gate. The oak door in the porch area is the entrance to The Loft. (a key for the gate is provided with the door key)
Loading / Unloading
Vehicles can load & unload adjacent to the back gate, but must be parked at the front of the premises for the duration of your stay (Parking is FREE)
